Thomas Brown, CPA

Thomas Brown is a Certified Public Accountant with a Bachelors Degree in Accounting, a Masters Degree in Taxation and an M.B.A. in International Finance.

Thomas has extensive experience in the areas of Accounting, Auditing and Taxation, including 10 years working with regional and international accounting firms. He is a college professor, teaching auditing, accounting and tax courses at the bachelors and masters degree levels. He is on staff at The State University of New York at Stony Brook and St. Joseph's College. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Lisa Mingoia

Lisa Mingoia is a Public Accountant with a Bachelors Degree in Accounting and has passed the CPA exam.

Lisa has extensive experience working in the financial services industry, conducting functions such as Internal Audit and Financial Operations. She has seven years of experience working at the managerial level for a medium sized Credit Union, including four years as Vice President of Finance. Prior to working at the Credit Union, Lisa spent six years with Fleet Bank's Audit Department.

As an independent consultant for Small Banks and Credit Unions, Lisa has completed various consulting projects for Credit Union's including internal audit work, preparation and presentation of annual budgets, formation of business plans for banking centers and preparation of branch profitability templates.
